IPO is the official Intellectual Property Office of the local government, which is responsible for the tasks related to industrial property rights, copyright and related rights.
Our biggest challenge was to combine an extensive amount of content, documents, data and registers while allowing visitors to easily find exactly what they are looking for.
We used a color-coded design for easier navigation, so visitors can find their way toward the content they are looking for effortlessly. This allowed visitors to easily find and download all related documents and forms that they are required to submit. Embedding informative videos with case studies and testimonials helps visitors learn more about Intellectual Property. We focused on building the structure around the intuitive website journey and making all important files and documents reachable within just a few clicks. All files and forms are filtered within a colored category and easily accessible for download on all devices.
This website is an online library of everything user needs regarding intellectual property rights. In order to create a website that will meet the needs, we need to understand our users.
Before we dug in and started making visual changes, we had to make a clear web structure. In order to do so, we had to learn what visitors used this website for and what they were searching for the most.
Working for a well-known and important client like ZIS usually means following their brand colors. That is why we combined their brand with some amazing fonts, custom illustrations and sprinkled it with sleek animations to get this new and amazing website.

The complex system of external services meant that all of them had to be integrated into the main presentation, but in an easy-to-find way. While on a tight deadline, we had to come up with immersive solutions for showcasing all the intellectual rights and all the steps in submitting an application for each right. We created advanced tables and a filtering system that enables users easy access to all required documents, laws and taxes.
Vibrant colors, nice illustrations and a dash of attitude. A new set of icons and colors helps ZIS users quickly understand where they are and what it’s all about.
