How Artificial Intelligence is Transforming Business Today – the Company Perspective

Things we do
October 29, 2025

Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important in IT, bringing solutions that only a few years ago seemed unimaginable. From automating routine tasks and intelligently analyzing large amounts of data to delivering personalized user experiences, AI makes the IT sector faster, more precise, and more adaptable. This not only enhances business operations but also improves end users’ experience.

How Artificial Intelligence is Transforming Business Today?

In a business environment, diverse client requirements often represent complex tasks that must be solved to ensure quality service delivery. Addressing such challenges provides stability and competitiveness for the organization. While the primary activity of a software team involves application development, its core purpose lies in meeting and adapting to client needs, which can vary greatly and demand flexibility and innovative solutions. This is precisely where AI becomes essential, increasingly taking center stage as a key tool for improving processes and enhancing service quality.

In a concrete business scenario, one organization faced a large volume of documents that required constant processing. The workflow involved manual data review and entry, which was slow, error-prone, and demanding regarding human resources. A detailed analysis of work processes and identification of key problems revealed the need for a constructive solution that enables faster, more accurate, and more cost-effective data processing.

As a response to these challenges, AI was implemented at the most critical stage of the workflow, the document processing phase. The goal was to automate a process that had previously been mostly manual to increase speed, reliability, and accuracy. AI-enabled documents to be automatically read, with relevant data identified and entered into the appropriate forms.

The results of this implementation were clearly visible through a significant increase in efficiency. The document processing time was reduced from several minutes to just a few seconds per document, while potential errors typical of manual entry were almost eliminated.

This example illustrates how well-implemented intelligence at a critical point in business operations can completely transform the workflow, turning manual, traditional work into an automated process. This directly influences future business planning, particularly regarding the profitability of specific sectors and subsequent budget allocation.

Beyond practical implementation, it is essential to consider the level of AI application relative to the organization’s size and needs. There are three main approaches:

  • Plug-and-play models – allow quick adoption of ready-made tools;
  • AI as a Service (AIaaS) – enables companies to use existing AI systems online and adapt them to their needs;
  • Custom AI models – developed from scratch for specific processes and data, offering maximum precision and control.

The choice depends on company size, available resources, and business goals. Smaller companies often rely on plug-and-play or AIaaS solutions, while complex needs usually require custom models.

AI is becoming a true partner in everyday work, relieving teams of routine tasks and accelerating processes. It fundamentally reshapes workflows and directly contributes to quality and efficiency, impacting profitability.

The beauty of AI lies in its versatility and the breadth of its application. It can be assumed that this is only the beginning of AI’s influence and will become even more integrated in the future, further transforming all business areas. Rejecting AI means rejecting innovation and the future. It can be seen as the “soul” of information technology, inseparable from it, since one of the primary purposes of IT is to make human work easier and save time. Artificial intelligence adds even greater value to process automation.

The Most Common Uses of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is no longer just a trend—it has become a standard in modern business. Below are examples of the most common practical applications of AI today:

  • Cybersecurity – AI systems detect unusual behaviors, hacking attempts, and potential security breaches much faster than traditional methods, significantly reducing the risk of incidents.
  • Sales – AI analyzes purchasing habits, recognizes patterns, and predicts demand, helping sales teams create more effective offers.
  • Customer support – Chatbots and virtual assistants provide users with 24/7 support, speeding up problem resolution and reducing the workload on human teams.
  • Marketing – Algorithms analyze user behavior data and create personalized campaigns, increasing advertising efficiency and lowering costs.
  • Supply chain and logistics optimization – AI predicts inventory levels, optimizes routes, reduces transportation costs, and helps companies respond more quickly to changes in demand.
