After each version upgrade testing and validation of all changes are crucial. Flow consisted of the next steps:
- Changes are done on our end
- CI/CD pipeline builds application and checks if everything is fine with codebase running tests, installing packages, initialing db…
- Once changes are verified with CI/CD we will open a pull request
- During the pull request there could be slight changes to a codebase
- Once the pull request is approved QA team will take a job
- Once the QA team tests the changes and approves them we can move forward with the next major version
