Klinika is online platform for efficient running of Acupuncture clinic of any size. With Klinika, practitioners are able to grow their practice by utilizing time and doing what they do best!
Challenges
When running an acupuncture clinic with many practitioners and super busy schedule, you can find a challenge to keep up with every meeting, every patient and every practitioner. Furthermore, you need to keep a clean record of your inventory, SOAP notes, financials and insurance. Our biggest design challenge was creating an ultimate and clear calendar flow, with smart and intuitive interface for all tools necessary for running every acupuncture clinic.
Solution
We have created one central platform to rule them all. Klinika has very intuitive and straight forward calendar with easy scheduling. The Calendar that we created is ultimately adaptable to any clinic size and any clinic flow. This platform is keeping all the patient records, as well as their medical reports and SOAP notes. This way we automated and simplified the way clinic is running day to day.

User flow
People are hard-wired to recognize patterns, even when there are none and the good example are shapes in the clouds. For this same reason, we often think we know where to click when first experiencing a website and get frustrated if things aren’t where we think they should be. Choosing the right user interface design pattern is crucial to taking advantage of this natural pattern-spotting. Here is a user flow for creating and going trough one appointment.

Wireframes
Before getting to design stage, we always create interactive prototypes (low and high fidelity). They allow both the team and the clients to understand how the product will work.
Interactive prototypes are also a perfect way to run user testing without expensive full-fledges development.
Creating new brand
Branding request for this project was interesting: a logo that is classy and more feminine. Our solution was to use classy font with warmer colors and combine it with their moto ‘For Acupuncturists By Acupuncturists’ and we nailed it.
