About the client
BITF is Serbia’s first and leading business technology incubator. Founded by four technical faculties of the University of Belgrade, it has supported young founders for more than 17 years and is today part of Science Technology Park Belgrade and a registered European Digital Innovation Hub.
The challenge
Two audiences, one story to tell.
BITF speaks to founders taking their first steps and to organisations looking for a partner on international projects. Both needed to understand quickly what BITF can do for them, without wading through content written for the other, and the incubator needed a presence that reflects 17 years of results.
The solution
Two doors, open from the first screen.
The homepage splits right away into Startup and Partnership. Each path has its own page, tone and proof points: services, numbers and success stories for founders; key projects, partners and EDIH status for organisations. One shared visual system ties both sides together.

What we did
01
Audiences & content structure
Two journeys, mapped separately. We defined startups and partners as the two primary audiences and organised content around what each needs to decide: what support is available, and what BITF has already delivered.
02
UX UI design
Clear, calm, confident. A light, airy layout with large Aspekta headlines, generous whitespace and a restrained blue palette lets the programmes, projects and numbers speak for themselves.
03
Illustration & motion
Shapes that move. Geometric illustrations built on the logo’s pixel grid were animated as lightweight SVGs, bringing the hero sections to life without heavy video or loss of performance.
04
Design system & handoff
Built to grow. A documented section library and a typography scale for desktop, tablet and mobile let the BITF team add projects, startups and updates on their own.
01
A homepage that asks one question.
Startup or partnership? The homepage gets every visitor to the right place in a single click, with each path introduced by its own visual and a short promise of what to expect.

Outcome
Two doors, one incubator.

Results
A website that works for founders and partners alike.
The new BITF website gives each audience a direct path to what matters to them, presents more than 17 years of results with clarity, and gives the incubator a modern, recognisable presence within the Serbian and European innovation ecosystem.
