Overview
B2B ecommerce development on Shopify: buyer accounts, price lists, case quantities and ERP sync, running on the same store and catalogue as your retail customers.
What you get
01
Buyer accounts
Company accounts, customer-specific price lists and tier discounts.
02
Order rules
Minimums, case packs and volume breaks enforced in the cart, not fixed by hand.
03
Terms & checkout
Net terms, deposits and invoice payment next to card checkout for retail.
04
ERP sync
Stock, prices, customers and orders kept in step with your ERP.
3
Price tiers on one Shopify store: retail at full price, wholesale at 50% off, guides at 25% off.
EP Flies
Who it’s for
For brands still taking wholesale orders by email
Good fit
- Wholesale orders arrive as PDFs, spreadsheets or phone calls
- Buyers need their own prices, catalogues or payment terms
- You sell in case packs, minimums or volume breaks
- Retail and trade customers share one stock pool
Not the right fit
A handful of trade accounts ordering twice a year. A discount code and a draft order will do, and we will show you how.
How it works
Your trade rules, written down before anything is built
01
Discovery Workshop
Price rules, buyer groups, terms, ERP and order flows agreed. Fixed price at the end.
02
Design
Buyer portal, quick order and account pages designed for repeat buyers, not first-time shoppers.
03
Build and integrate
Price lists, order rules, checkout logic and ERP sync built and tested against real orders.
04
Launch and onboard
Buyers invited in waves, your sales team trained, 30 days of support.

FAQ
Do we need Shopify Plus for B2B?
Not always. Simple wholesale tiers work on standard Shopify with the right setup. Plus earns its fee when you need company accounts, payment terms and many price lists natively.
Can wholesale buyers see different prices from retail customers?
Yes. Logged-in buyers see their own price list, discounts and catalogue. Retail visitors see retail prices only.
Can you enforce minimum orders and case quantities?
Yes. EP Flies sells wholesale lines in cases of six, enforced in the cart, so orders arrive right the first time.
Can buyers pay on terms instead of by card?
Yes. Net terms, deposits and invoice payment can run next to card checkout for retail.
Can it sync with our ERP?
Yes. Stock, prices, customers and orders sync both ways, so your ERP stays the source of truth.
How long does a B2B project take?
Usually six to twelve weeks after the workshop, depending on integrations and the number of price rules.
