FAQ
Can a migration really be done in four weeks?
For a straightforward store, yes. Week one decides what is in and what is not. Complex stores take up to eight weeks, and we say so up front.
Will our store stay online?
Yes. Your current store keeps selling until cutover, and orders placed during the sprint are synced before launch.
Will we lose our Google rankings?
Not if redirects and content are handled properly. Every URL is mapped and redirected, and we watch Search Console for 30 days.
What about customer passwords?
Passwords cannot be moved between platforms. Customers get an account activation invite at launch, written as a welcome.
Is moving to Shopify worth it?
In our experience stores convert about 18% better after the move. Below about 5,000 EUR a month in revenue, we usually advise against it.
What happens after the four weeks?
A 30-day guarantee period is included. After that, an optional maintenance contract, billed only for hours used.
