FAQ
Do you only design, or also build?
Both. Most clients have us design and build, so nothing is lost between Figma and production. We also design for in-house teams.
Do you work in Figma?
Yes. Every project is delivered in Figma with components, styles and annotations your developers can use.
Can you redesign our store without hurting conversions?
Yes. We test key changes with users first and launch in stages, so anything that underperforms is caught early.
How many revisions do we get?
Two rounds per template are included. Most projects need fewer, because direction is agreed on the first screen before we design the rest.
Do you do visual identity too?
Yes, for new brands and products, as we did for Outizam and UCPhub.
How long does a design project take?
A store design usually takes two to four weeks. Products are planned in phases.
