About the client

Saruna is a premium wellness and spa brand in Belgrade with two centres: Saruna Skyline, in the city centre on Kneza Miloša street, and Saruna Crowne Plaza in New Belgrade, with a peaceful summer garden. Both offer spa and wellness zones, massages, facial treatments, fitness and pressotherapy.

Presta designed the new website and its complete purchase experience, from discovering services to checkout.

The challenge

Two locations, two companies, one shop.

Each Saruna centre operates as a separate legal entity, with its own products, prices and payments. Out of the box, WooCommerce assumes a single merchant per store, so selling services from both locations through one website was not possible without splitting the brand into two shops.

The solution

One brand, with every order in the right place.

We designed the experience around locations: guests choose Skyline or Crowne Plaza and browse that centre’s offer. Behind the scenes, a custom plugin was developed so every product belongs to its location’s merchant and every basket is checked out with the right company. One brand on the surface, two separate businesses underneath.

What we did

01

Location-first structure

Two centres, one clear choice. Services are organised by location, so memberships, day passes, vouchers and treatments always come with the right prices and availability for the centre a guest wants to visit.

02

UX UI design

Calm, warm and premium. Soft beige tones, generous whitespace, line illustrations and leaf patterns carry the feeling of a spa visit into every page, from the homepage to checkout.

03

Purchase experience

Buying wellness, made simple. Memberships, day passes, treatments and gift vouchers share one clear product template with price, VAT information, key conditions and a direct add-to-basket action.

04

Multi-merchant checkout

Two legal entities, one store. With a custom plugin, each location works as its own merchant. A basket stays tied to one centre, and guests are clearly guided if they try to combine services from both.

01

Choose your centre first.

The Services menu splits the offer into Skyline and Crowne Plaza, each with the same seven categories: memberships, daily tickets, gift vouchers, massages, facial treatments, fitness and pressotherapy.

Guests always know which centre they are buying for, and what it costs.

02

Gift vouchers with a personal touch.

Every voucher can carry a personal note with a greeting, a message and a signature, turning an online purchase into a ready-made gift. Validity and purchase conditions are shown right next to the Add to basket button.

03

One basket, one merchant.

Because each centre is a separate company, a basket holds services from one location only. If a guest tries to add services from both, a clear message explains it, so every order and payment goes to the right business.

Outcome

Two centres. One shop.

Results

A shop that fits how Saruna works.

Guests can explore both centres, compare memberships and buy treatments or gift vouchers online, in Serbian or English, while every order lands with the right company. The brand stays unified, and the business stays correctly separated.
